Struggling as a New RDA

So I recently got this part-time job as an RDA. The doctor offered me $14 an hour because I don’t have experience and don’t know everything yet. She told me I’d get a $1 raise once I got the hang of things.
I’ve only worked with her for a couple of days now, and she just doesn’t seem to have much patience. She expects me to learn everything in like three days of training ( shadowing). On my next shift, I’ll be the only assistant working because the other RDA is off, and we have a full schedule too.
Today she got annoyed because my notes weren’t specific enough, and I mean, I understand that. But I feel like she expects me to just know everything already. She smacks her lips or seems annoyed when I don’t know something. I don’t feel confident yet, and that just makes me make even more mistakes because I’m so nervous and overwhelmed.
Should I start looking for another office, or should I just stick it out and keep learning?
