Flea Market finds, dollar a piece
This haul almost didn't happen, I was booking it from the ATM to a different record booth when I got distracted by 4 milk crates full of 78s, all a dollar a piece, naturally I couldn't resist

Recently I visited an antique mall that had a booth that was packed to the gills with 8-tracks, and this little (but incredibly heavy) player was being sold for $50. Initially I told myself that really dont need it, though I found the extra wide door, and the fact that it was also a 4-track player fascinating, but I took a picture of it and sent it to my roommate, who is actively trying to collect at least one of each weird or failed musical format, and what do you know, I came home from work a few days later and found it in our garage. So far it plays fine, I believe it will need to be serviced at some point (already did light work to it since the power cord was snipped sometime in the last 50+ years, but a couple of wire nuts and electrical tape fixed that) but for now, I'm excited to have another piece of equipment in the setup
