Purple & Gold Faux-58

I've envisioned this build since Thanksgiving '24 when somebody sideswiped and totaled my C8 Stingray and it's finally come to fruition. I parked in front of a local pizza place with those star spoke gold wheels as a small nod to the Prancing Horse that inspired this car (some call it blasphemy). Mods:

These two supercar owners rank some low 6-fig cars. Some are universally recognized as legitimate supercars. But some aren't which seems to be a controversial topic in this subreddit. Curious to know your thoughts on these rankings or whether some even deserve to be ranked on this list. They bring up nuances that people use as disqualifiers but these guys just count those as dings in their rankings.

Some of their mid-discussion rankings mismatch their end summary rankings so I'm posting my best guess estimate on what they really meant. Plus a summary of their reasoning to add more qualitative value to their rankings.

Mustang Darkhorse SC
Overpriced for Mustang badge; powerful but heavy and lacks refinement.
Tier: C
Tier: F

Corvette Z06
Considered best value, balanced performance and price which offset limited brand notoriety.
Tier: S
Tier: B

McLaren 570S
Older tech, reliability concerns, performance overshadowed.
Tier: D
Tier: C

Audi R8 (2018 Gen 2)
Modern design, decent reliability, but size and performance limitations.
Tier: B
Tier: A

Mercedes AMG GTR
Lacks supercar performance and notoriety; niche appeal.
Tier: C
Tier: B

McLaren 650S
Strong performance, looks great, but reliability issues.
Tier: B
Tier: S

Acura NSX
Reliable and daily drivable but lacks supercar presence.
Tier: D
Tier: B

Porsche 991.1 GT3
Reliable, great driving experience, but slower than peers.
Tier: A
Tier: S

McLaren GT
Worst performance and build quality in the McLaren lineup.
Tier: F
Tier: D
