Quick question for S2 havers. Does the 100% offtune proc only on the pulsing ult?

I was wondering if it activates earlier or do I need to do her whole rotation for it.

You no longer receive her enhanced ult Finisher upon using the Weapon augment that gives you an instant ult activation.

Idk why this was done but now the only way to get her enhanced ult is through manually consuming 3000 decibels. Kinda sad considering how impactful it was.
