Looking to take myself on a solo date, drink some amazing wine, read, and enjoy an ocean view. Hoping to find more of a wine bar type place vs a restaurant. Willing to go anywhere in the county. Thanks!
Wanted to give my input to others so I can hopefully help you
11:25am flight. Arrived 8:30am
Bagdrop took about 10 seconds. There was no one in line.
Security took about three minutes. Again, not many people in line, but as we were going through, they started closing off the sections to make it more of an actual snake line versus just walking directly up to the machine machines. Still a very easy process.
I started to get a false sense of hope thinking this would be an easy situation. Immediately after security, we saw a long line and my heart sank. And the line just kept going and going and going. People seemed stress. I saw tears. We found out this was passport control, and I realized this is what’s going to take us down lol.
My friend and I were waiting and waiting. The line was not removing. Then he thought that we were in line for the S gate passport control and took us down a corridor to find the N gate control. Mistake. It led us back to the main part of the terminal and They are truly just the same line. So if you get out of security and see a long line, just get in it! We had to get back in the original line which was now so long it seemed like it was about to exit the airport.
However, after about five minutes of waiting, it seemed like they gave up on the digital screening again, or opened up a bunch of more gates because suddenly the line started to move and it moved quick! By the time we got to the front, they were just quickly stamping people’s passports and waving them through. I would say we were in that line for less than 30 minutes. It moved consistently, but it was originally so long that it took us a while to even get to the passport control
All in all the longest slowest line I waited in that day was for god-awful coffee. Do not go to the first class coffee bar. It’s not for first class passengers, it’s literally just called first class coffee bar and it’s dirt water. That’s my biggest warning of the post!
