Litter robot trouble identifying cat

I've got two cats Zenni pictured, and Fiona who is a bog standard Tabby. Robot detects Fiona perfectly fine. Almost never is she "unidentified pet"

Zenni though, more often than not is unidentified pet. It's been running for two months now.

I can't decide if it's her obvious facial difference or if it's her white fur washing our the cameras.

Curious if others have similar experiences.

Inside recordings finally, but..

So the LR 5 Pro finally records inside the box. I know that's been a big complaint for a long time. But it seems to have taken away the recordings of them walking up despite the thumbnails showing that.

I'd really like it to do both. Or choose what it does. I'm away from form for long periods and they're with the spare. I use it to check on them. I can see their body condition and what not and sometimes they do cuteness.
