hi! basically what the title says lmao. i’m a prospective international student and wanted to gain some information about a program i’m interested in, so i booked a virtual 1:1 meeting through the college website and waited a whole hour just for no one showing up.

just wanted to ask if this is normal or just bad luck? should i book another meeting or send an email to an international representative/the program director? i literally wasted my whole morning :/

hello everyone! i’ll be pretty straightforward with this: basically i was wondering how much it usually takes for an international representative to replay to the emails through the form that’s provided on the website. i sent one with a bunch of questions about a program i’d love to apply to as an international student (child and youth care accelerated). it’s been over a week and i was wondering usually how much time does the staff take to reply or if maybe there’s another email address i should contact to get my answers :)
