so i recently got a galaxy tab s11 from cdiscount (arrived in a sealed box), and i can’t seem to log in the app or web vault. i managed to do so only once or twice but i don’t understand why.

it tells me : "Error: username or password incorrect" even though they 1000% are correct (tried on my phone and computer with the same username and password and it worked).

what i’ve tried but doesnt work:

- adding an access key on my phone and using that to connect

- deleting the app’s cache

- deleting the app and downloading it again

- trying the same username and password on other devices on the same WiFi

- sharing my phone’s data to my tablet, so that my ip was different

- made sure that the server’s url is the right one (it is)

i’m so lost... could someone help me? does anyone already had that problem?

so i recently acquired a very nice tab s11, which i obviously need to protect

the problem is: i'm torn between a clear plastic case or a folio case

- since i bought a logitech keyboard, i got a tablet stand for free that holds my tablet just fine so i don't need the folio case to hold the tablet, but it could give more protection to the screen

- a clear case would mean i have to buy a screen protector as well, but it means i could get one that reduces the reflection. i'm a bit scared that a matte screen protector will damage the nib of the spen

what are your opinions on that? any recs? also, what would protect the screen more between an actual screen protector and a folio case?
