I have an old hp computer on win7, so I wanted to upgrade it to Ubuntu 24.04.4. Thus I bought a new ssd to put system on it. I prepared another ssd with Ventoy and Ubuntu image. I tried to install Ubuntu, but every time I did that in the very end there was an unknown error. So I searched on the Internet a little bit and it said I have to turn off security restrictions. So I restarted the computer and maybe by mistake turned off all ports or sth like this. And then, I restarted my computer again. The screen was black, but propellers worked. So I turned my pc off, disconnected all hard drives and all RAM sticks except off one and researched a little bit and then I tried to reset my bios to factory settings. I tried to do it by removing cr2032 battery and by pushing tge special button. But when I started pc the next time nothing happened: the screen was black, but the propellers worked and all devices connected to the pc by usb had energy: the lights on keyboard and mouse were on. And after about 20 seconds from starting pc, there was a long sound signal. I tried to reset bios by removing battery again, but result was the same. So I restarted my pc for the third time, but this time I pressed F8 a lot. This time after one long sound there were 7 short, I restarted the pc again and did the same: this time after a long one there were only 5 short, on the third attemp after a long one there were 2 short. I tried to do it several times but have not found any correlation. And now I have no idea what to do at all.
