I won one of the FIFA lotteries and am taking my son. I went to stubhub and bought a parking pass at the stadium. It was a little pricey but my son is little and I thought it would be good to not have have him walk too far in a big crowd late at night after the game.

The seller sent me the "passes" and it turns out it's a spot at an office building that's a 40 minute walk from the stadium. I thought "well, stubhub has the 100% guaranteed thing so I'll just get a refund. "

After spending 30 minutes in a chat answering the same questions repeatedly to a really slow agent that I'm pretty sure is an AI, they said to send documentation to a gmail address. That seemed weird, but ok. So I sent screenshots of the listing and the order email. A week later, they close the case and said it's close enough to the stadium and I just need to walk. I replied with all of the documents which showed the listing said specifically it was for a "stadium parking pass" and was shown on a map next to the stadium. But stubhub said their decision was final and told me to go pound sand so I guess I'm SOL.
