I have a GA Pit ticket for the Chicago July 12 concert. I unfortunately can't make it anymore. It's a face value of $200, I paid a little over $300. These are currently going for $350-400 on all the ticket sites once you include fees.

I'm looking for $250 net via PayPal or Venmo. I'll transfer the ticket to the buyer via the MLB Ballpark app.
