Need advice on diagnosing the issue with the Pipea peperomioides

This plant was looking beautiful but over the last six months has taken a turn.

It’s in a pot with no drainage so I’m guessing it’s root rot - the stems have all literally broken off from the top of the soil.

Reckon it’s possible to save it? I normally water it every 2 weeks but if it’s been more than that I’ll usually just drench the soil w water.

Any other advice would be a huge help!

Thanks

I cut back huge overgrowth with the anticipation of turns the space in a lawn. I have this thick bed of vines that I need to get rid of. Any advice of the best way to approach this?

Not sure if the photo does it any justice - we had about 9 citrus trees and a couple of them have died off due to borer, another couple have signs of borer as well. We’ve tried pasting the holes and using other pesticides but haven’t had great success.

Is this a winnable battle or are these trees just cooked?
