Glad to be a new member. I had been eyeing up a Brompton ever since moving to london and have finally picked up a C Line 12 speed.

I had a slight niggle where I over screwed one of the derailleur limit screws and lost it but replaced it quickly.

I’m curious about the age range of people here. when I was carrying my brompton box on the tube I got of attention from gen z’s asking questions. As i’m in my mid 20s there’s a lot of interest and also adverts targeting the younger demographic but seems the price of entry is what is stopping more of us buying one.

Also any maintenance advice is well appreciated, I plan to commute on this 8 miles each way 4 times a week when the weather is good and some weekend outings.

Any help where u can get the screw in the uk london?

Recently on newly painted ceiling there has been a crack line forming it’s however pushing inwards rather then outwards. Any advice on how this formed and how to fix?
