Had an odd interaction picking up a C2 at a Walgreens in Austin,Tx.
Ins required a PA so I decided to pay out of pocket with GoodRx.
At pick up, the technician left the register to tag the Pharmacist in to finish the POS, and mentioned “because it seems to be a Tyler, Texas situation.”

Anyone know what that interaction could be about? I work in pharmacy but not community pharmacy so I’m out of the loop.
