hey guys does anyone know any helplines that can help with lgbtq topics i just called q life and i was next in line and they disconnected automatically me cause i was on the line for 45 mins so im lwk pissed off im ngl but oh well

edit: for context i am not part of the lgbtq community myself but i think someone close to me might be/struggling with something similar and i just wanted to talk to someone to see how i can help support them and also get some perspective
