Heard from a colleague that they received a pay range increase to "align with the market" and that it would be 2-3% based on role, but others in the same role didn't receive any increases. Curious if this is a decision in all departments or just a quirk of mine.

Management originally said everyne would all see an increase on the July 10 paycheck and then walked that back to just *some* employees getting it.
