Rating after 45 days: Still a keeper. 💜✨

Okay, so I know a lot of us do wig shares here, but not many people come back and give updates on how a wig holds up over time. Since I’ve had this unit for about 45+ days now, I figured I’d share my experience.
During that time, I’ve washed it, hot rolled it, heatless curled it and styled it multiple times. Here’s how it’s held up:

Washing:
Washing was pretty straightforward. It’s a body wave unit, and I basin wash all of my wigs. Since this is a plum-colored wig, I finished with a Color Wow product to help maintain the color & moisturize.
That said, I do need to mention that the color BLEEEEEED during washing. (See attached photo #3.) Be mindful of what you use and where you let the unit air dry. The dye transferred onto my countertops and the towel I used underneath it. Thankfully, a Clorox wipe took it right off the counter, and it washed out of the towel without any issues.

Styling:
After washing, I let the wig air dry and then used hot rollers to curl the entire unit before styling it into space buns. I also have done a heatless curl set on this wig and that came out very full and purple mane energy. 🦄
Both times the hair held the curls really well, and it was easy to part and manipulate for styling. I didn’t run into any issues getting the look I wanted.

Overall Thoughts:
Overall, this is a solid unit. Despite the color bleed during washing, the hair itself held up beautifully. The color remained vibrant, the hairline stayed intact, and the hair maintained its quality.
Most impressively, there was zero shedding during both the wash and styling process, esp. considering I run my Unbrush through it while washing.
She’s a fun-colored wig that still looks great after 45 days!

HGR- Hot Girls Read “Copyright”…. Thoughts

I just think for the main person that coined the phrase and made it popular (with respect to Cash Money Records) to not even copyright it bc it’s for EVERYONE…. Is crazy. Of course this person is now backtracking….
