I bought one of the pin boxes and the led light as a preorder addon with my ticket but they told me I had to email someone that I didn't get my pin box. Anyone else have the same issue or know who I should email?

Best Buy 4th of July sale of a refurbished (excellent quality) S25 Ultra 1TB in black for $860. Good value or should I keep saving for the S26 512 GB? I mainly want for better battery life, good photos and videos, and the occasional gaming. Upgrading from a Razer Phone 2 so the software side is gonna be a BIG upgrade.
