I went on a hike near Foix this weekend. Since I already know most of the trails there, I wanted to try something new. Using GpxTrace, I plotted a different route that followed trails I didn’t even know existed. The path was completely deserted, and judging by its condition, it didn’t look like many people walked there. But I found a friend along the way: a doe that didn’t see me at all. She was only five meters away, quietly enjoying the view.
