I'm playing through the game on my switch 2 (I know but it runs better than I expected it would) and I'm playing through a Nun in trouble, but I seem to have soft locked it.

I got through the small window into the stock room where she's supposed to help me unlock the next door but the window closed behind me and she is stuck in a "I'm down here!" loop even though I'm beside her, can't seem to do anything other than walk around the room or restart to my most recent checkpoint (inside the same room)

Any ideas or advice apart from a much earlier save?
