Nurses with hand tremors, how do you manage it?
Hi! I really want to work in the hospital, preferably bedside, to gain experience.
The thing is, I have hand tremors, and it’s making me hesitant to apply for bedside roles. I’m worried about procedures that require steady hands, especially since I’m still a new nurse.
For those who also have hand tremors, how do you manage them at work? Did it affect your nursing practice, and were there any techniques or things that helped you?
I’d really appreciate any advice. I don’t want my tremors to stop me from trying bedside nursing.
