[Academic] UX Survey: Transition to adulthood, routines, and independent living (Autistic individuals 16–25, caregivers & professionals)

Hi everyone,

I’m a student currently completing the Google UX Design Certificate. I’m working on a non-commercial portfolio project exploring how autistic teens and young adults experience the transition from school-based support into adulthood.

The goal of this research is to better understand challenges related to:

  • Daily routines and task management
  • Independent living skills
  • Education and employment preparation
  • Access to support after leaving school

I’m looking for participants who fall into one of the following groups:

  • Autistic individuals aged 16–30 (current or recent experience with transition)
  • Parents or caregivers of autistic individuals
  • Teachers, ABA therapists, or other professionals supporting autism / intellectual disabilities
  • Transition specialists or vocational rehabilitation professionals

Survey details

  • Takes ~5 minutes
  • Anonymous (optional email only for follow-up interview participation)
  • Voluntary — you may stop at any time
  • Not affiliated with any company or commercial product

Thank you so much for taking the time to participate!

(If you are outside the listed groups but have relevant experience, you are still welcome to participate).
