Looking for a Master Index

Long ago, for a galaxy far far away. I had found a Master index for the WOTC Star Wars Saga Edition that had basically all the books compiled into a super large pdf where you could find all the rules and what book and page it was referenced for that game. Was hoping to find something similar for D&D 3.5. But so far my Google search has failed me. Anyone know of anything like that and where I could be found?

My physical copy of Dark Sun 3.5 Revised.

With all the talk about Dark Sun lately and me being on a personal mission to complete my 3rd edition set. I decided to get the fine work done by the fan base made into a physical copy. Very pleased with how it turned out. Shame WotC never did anything with the setting for 3rd edition. They released books that would work well with the setting. Like the Sandstorm extreme weather book.

Darksun products alternate covers in TSR Summer FALL 1993 Catalog

Happen to notice a few up coming Darksun products coming out in 1993 that had alternate covers from what they were released with.
