Wario might be onto something…

I sort of want to hear the whole version of their cover now haha. It sounded really fun. It almost sounds sort of like how the Dear Evan Hansen cover by Owl City sounds. Just in tone I guess.
Came across the short and I thought it was pretty funny. I know the water consumption aspect is very nuanced but I thought that was a funny touch 😂
I went on a date a while back and my date informed me that she hadn’t read any Brandon Sanderson yet. She was definitely open to it, but she mentioned she looks at his books and fan base in a similar way to Taylor Swift and “Swifties”. I think she said something along the lines of, “Brandon Sanderson seems like the Taylor Swift but for guys”. 😂 Obviously no offense taken from her, I was delighted to hear her opinion and I actually made me realize maybe I was a “Brandie Sandie”?… 😬
I definitely don’t think the comparison is correct when digging in (especially the whole gender disparity portion), but at a very surface level comparison, I thought it was funny to consider 😂 I am an avid Brandon Sanderson fan by the way, and also have read a lot of other fantasy books by other authors as well.
I’d love to hear what others think of this anecdote!
I am a dad and have two kids. I share 50/50 custody with their mom. I have been divorced for about a year, and I have been trying to go on dates after being divorced. I’ve only been on about 5-8 dates with unique individuals.
I learn so much every date and from every person. My biggest problem so far, is I put so much thought into each encounter. It just leads to more emotional energy invested than needed too early. Recommendations on how to work through this?
Maybe I’m delusional, but I think I have fine hair. I’ve read through a lot of the posts and decided to ask for some help about my specific situation as I’ve been on a years long search trying to find products that would work for my hair.
My hair gets easily tangled. When it dries, it ends up with a ton of static. When I do get it clean, I can see through the strands to my scalp (regardless of the density). The wind blows each individual strand around. The individual strand thickness is also fairly fine.
I also have low porosity hair. Which lends itself to some waviness. It takes my hair a long while to get wet. I don’t like to wash my hair as it takes so long to wash and detangle. I feel like I’m using the wrong products for the job. Usually I need to wash different areas of my hair and apply shampoo in different sections and continuously add water to help it properly soak in.
I am sure this could all be fixed with better products or something, but I’ve tried a lot and haven’t had any success yet. Does anyone have any recommendations they could help me with?
