My DSE controller keeps breaking mid-game in Apex, this has happened like 3 or 4 times to me already.

The glitch symptoms:
Right analog stick locks hard to one side and spins my view nonstop. Left stick only moves forward, L3 won’t register at all, plus random buttons stop working every time this bug triggers.

Weirdly enough this only happens in Apex, zero issues on every other game I play.
I’m using the stock controller cable, and my controller’s been modded for 8K polling rate.

Anyone else dealing with this same controller bug?

I have an unmodded retail PS3 and a BF3 disc. Word is there are new private servers up for Battlefield 3 on PS3. What steps do I need to take to join them?
