Basking area issues/help

Hi yall! I need help. I noticed some shell changes on my turtle that I'm not happy with and an occasional head twitch only when shes basking. When I tested the UVB, its looking like its not been strong enough for her. I got the bulb when I got her in June and she IMMEDIATELY shed (prev. owners weren't taking good care of her) so the bulb seemed okay to me then.

I don't know what kind I'm using currently but I need to replace it. She does have a seperate basking bulb from UVB bulb. Can someone help with recommendations? I researched before I even bought her home and it wasn't good enough, I really don't want her to suffer. I am willing to get a new fixture if needed, but I currently have a dual lamp fixture with 2 individual bulbs.

Shes eating and acting normally aside from the head twitches, no soft spots, no smells. I'm really hoping it's not the start of pyramiding or MBD.

Basking 95-100 degrees
Water 75 degrees
Red eared slider, approx 2y old female, approx 5in shell length.

Tank: 75g, filter is for 125g (she will get a bigger set up when shes a bit bigger)
Basking: she HATED her over the head basking area, refused to go in it. Changed back to this one and she uses it again.

Diet: daily greens (rotation of: green leaf lettuce, red leaf lettuce, dandelion leaves, turnip leaves), pellets 2x a week, protein 1x a week (she had feeder fish with her that she never ate but then ate 3 in 1 day last weekend, they have since been removed, skipping protein this week), and a floating cuttlebone to nibble on for calcium

Last pic is just bc shes the cutest

Feeding Rescued RES

Hi y'all! I rescued an approximately 2yo RES a couple weeks ago. I believe shes a girl so I will call her that.

Her previous owners fed her a pellet diet only. She's adjusted to her new habitat but I can't get her to eat anything but pellets. Occasionally she takes one small chomp outta a leaf but no more than that. I have tried red leaf, romaine, dandelion greens, etc in case it was preference but I think she's just used to pellets at this point.

How do I go about getting her to eat more veggies? I don't want her to have any nutritional or shell deficiencies.
