1 year post op: mixed feelings (anyone else hv a wide nose bridge?)

i had surgery last august so its now been one year. i have mixed feelings about the outcome of my surgery and am trying to figure out what i want to talk about with my surgeon tomorrow.

my left eye is esotropic (i know some of the pictures are mirrored lol apologies). anyway, it used to be much worse before i had surgery, making these collages helped me see that bc i think i forgot how bad it used to be. however, im still not 100% satisfied with the appearance of them now. and maybe that’s how it will always be? my surgeon did that the eye(s) can become misaligned again and some people have this surgery more than once. prior to surgery, i did have like double vision. mainly when doing laptop work and reading (this wasn’t every time though), that went away after surgery. double vision hasn’t come back post op (🤞🏼). i wear contacts 80% of the time & glasses the rest of the time. i know prisms can help but i want a more fixed solution (i.e when im NOT wearing glasses bc i wear contacts more). OH YEAH MY NOSE BRIDGE. my surgeon told me that i have a wide nose bridge, and he pinched it, how im doing in the first picture) to show me what he meant. would you look at that my eyes look aligned when the skin is pulled taut. i jokingly asked if a nose job would help. has anyone else been told this?!?!

the appearance of my left eye creeping inward is the first thing i notice in every picture, even now. my last follow up appointment was in may, and he said smt along the lines of my left eye number not being high enough where surgery would be an option anymore? i’m probably messing up his exact wording and terminology used but maybe? idk if i just am overly critical because i look at myself the most you know. some people tell me they never realized (post op). while some people tell me they noticed right away. just a tad unsure about where i want to go from here.

any feedback would be appreciated :) if you’ve had multiple surgeries, prisms in your glasses, esotropia specifically, WIDE NOSE BRIDGE
