I had another BPPV flare up over Mother’s Day weekend. Went to my ENT, did the epley maneuver and went about taking all precautions. The residual dizziness is very bad this time. The other night I was dreaming about getting dizzy or having a dizzy episode. Finally woke myself up and was just drenched in sweat like I was having vertigo in my dream. I have no idea I can’t even escape this in my dreams now. Has anyone ever experienced this too? Is it just the residual dizziness?

**side note I did chat my ENT, but he has yet to respond back**
