Can I change my program/degree after enrolling in pieas like I got into materials and metallurgical (let me know if it is good) and I wanna change it into CIS. IS THERE A POLICY? LET ME KNOW THOROUGHLY.

I heard that computer related fields aren't mature enough here at giki and are less competitive than nust and fast and the faculty is average also at fsce. Is it true?
