Anyone here still holding on to the BITO ETF? think about dumping it since its been a loss from day 1.

Question about an injury and the subsequent paperwork filed by concentra.

Friday the 19th I tore my Lat a while at work, immediately reported and went to concentra, they diagnosed a as lat injury. Initial paperwork shows im restricted from literally everything lifting, bending, crouching etc and yet it says under another section "can work entire shift". Now I was on vacation the next week and ended up having to do PT and follow-ups during vacation. Am I able to be compensated for any of that? Technically youre supposed to be paid and not have it count as vacation if you get injured, but the way concentra worded the paperwork makes it so that UPS can claim I wasnt restricted from working.
