Found rust on our 2023 Taos and thankfully it will be covered under warranty. I guess this is a known issue but for anyone who doesn’t know, check your rear doors. So far we’ve had the head gasket replaced and now the rear doors will be replaced.
My dog is 13 years old. He recently started peeing in the house every morning while we have breakfast, then while we’re making dinner, eating dinner and after dinner. We will let him out and sometimes let him stay outside (when it’s nice) while we’re eating or during the times he usually has his accidents but he will come back in the house and pee right after.
Our vet doesn’t want to put him on medication because he isn’t peeing during his sleep. He will sleep from 9pm to 4am without any accident. While we are at work for 8 hours he will not pee in the house either.
We have a two year old and I’m not sure if it’s a jealousy thing?
He is also licking everything like crazy especially the kitchen floor. It seems like a neurological thing because he really zones out while doing it and I have to clap my hands to get his attention to stop.
We recently had his blood work done and the vet had two possible concerns of liver issues or cushings disease. We did bile acids test and the results show limitation of liver function. They advised us In order to support liver functions and recover liver cells recommended 2 medications.
1- Denamarin advanced - Half tab orally once daily for 30 days
2 Ursodiol C - 1/4 tab ( quarter) orally twice daily for 30 days
recommended to repeat liver panel or bile acids test after finished the medication.
My questions is, how do I get him to stop peeing in the house? I don’t know what else to do other than what we’ve been doing, taking him out More often.
