From an Octavia to a Superb – Finally back on the road!

After sadly losing my 2025 Octavia in a write-off, today I picked up my brand-new Škoda Superb SportLine 2.0 TSI. It wasn’t the way I wanted to upgrade, but I’m grateful to be back behind the wheel. Looking forward to many safe miles with this one!

Any tips, must-have accessories, or hidden features I should check out?

Best dash cam for a new Škoda Superb?

Just bought a new Škoda Superb SportLine and I’m looking for the best dash cam.

Ideally:
Front + rear
Excellent day/night quality
Parking mode
Reliable app
Clean OEM-looking installation

Budget isn’t a major concern if it’s worth it. What would you recommend and why?

Looking for advice from UK Superb owners.

Looking for advice from UK Superb owners.

I’m choosing between the 2025 Skoda Superb SportLine 2.0 TSI DSG Hatch and L&K 2.0 TSI DSG Hatch.

Current best quote for the SportLine is £35,935 OTR.

Questions:
Is SportLine the sweet spot or is L&K worth the extra money?

Is Canton audio and Winter Pack a must-have?

What price did you actually pay for your 2025 Superb 2.0 TSI DSG?

Trying to get the best deal possible, so any dealer recommendations would be appreciated.

Octavia written off. Challenge valuation and buy another Octavia or a Superb?

My 2025 Skoda Octavia SportLine 1.5 e-TEC DSG (6k miles) has been written off.

Insurer has valued it at £24,558, but I’ve found several Skoda Approved Used examples with similar age and mileage advertised around £26k–£27k, so I’ve requested a review.

Has anyone successfully challenged a write-off valuation and received a higher payout?

Also, if you were replacing it, would you buy another Octavia SportLine or move up to a Superb and why?
