I just am here to yell a bit this morning! What takes so long after BVA appeal is being reviewed by judge? I am so tired of waiting,

Hearing Dec. 12th 2024
Being reviewed by judge May 1 2026.
Like what the actual, this is so ridiculous I need compensation for the stress of waiting.

Good day my fellow veterans, I am trying to get my LES statements for an appeal that has been going on since 2019. Long story short, I need these LES statements to prove my time in the gulf. It’s stupid I know considering they have conceded that I was there, expose to toxics. But since my unit originally went for training as MFO but got extended when the war started they need these statements as proof? So how hard is it to contact DFAS for these . Any info will be helpful and thank you in advance.
I had ACE Exam Monday and it’s already Friday , I called Va to see if there was any movement and the lady told me that LSGS has not finish assessing my dbq. Like how long does this take? The waiting is just horrible, the system needs to be restructured or something.
I’m just curious if anyone knows the time frame when it shows judge is reviewing your appeal, to the time the make a decision. Simple appeal only 2 claims in it. I filed in 2019, got hearing in dec.2024 , may 1, 2026 , judge is reviewing your appeal. And I’m still waiting
I had a ace call appointment, and they never called, is this normal and is this a bad sign? Just curious if anyone else had same situation.
