Pickled and fermented goodness foreeeeeever

Obsessed with this meal and never want to stop eating it. Scrambled eggs, rice, black beans, avocado, pickled red onions & kimchi. Aside from the eggs it's straight assemble from the fridge. My only regret is that I was also going to add Greek yogurt to this plate and forgot!!! But that's what the next round is for I guess.
