Hi there everyone,

Just bought a new subaru solterra. Took it into the dealership for the software update 2222. I get the car back and it has 20 miles on it (suspiciously not reported on the service paper). I had just tinted my windshield so my dashcam was still connected but in the bottom console (AND OUT OF SIGHT). I checked the video/audio and hear the techs saying that to update my car, it would take them too long, and then they take the car for a 25 minute joy ride.

I'm going back to the dealership tomorrow, but I want to be armed with proof that they didn't do the update as I hear in the audio of my dashcam. This is a total nightmare and I never thought I'd have this happen to me.
