i’m very new to pc i literally just got one yesterday and need help getting mods and stuff. there’s like people using winrar and stuff and idk how to use any of that stuff they’ll be like oh u need to zip it or something and i have no idea what any of it means🥲

i’m in california and wanna know if supercharging a vic would be possible in this state. and if so what i would i need/do ion know anything but im on stock p71 08
