Facebook and Instagram accounts suspended – unable to access the appeal process
Hi everyone,
My Facebook account was recently suspended by Meta, and I am also experiencing access issues with my Instagram account. I have tried to follow the available recovery and appeal process, but I am unable to properly access the account or complete the appeal through the recommended route.
On Instagram, I can still see some signs that the account exists and I may be able to send messages in certain situations, but when viewing the profile, it shows 0 followers and 0 following. I am also unable to log in normally.
For Facebook, I am receiving the suspension message, but I have not been able to successfully access the account recovery/appeal process.
I believe this may be a mistake or an account-related issue, and I would really appreciate advice from anyone who has experienced a similar Meta suspension and successfully recovered their account.
What recovery/appeal method worked for you, and is there any legitimate way to contact Meta directly regarding this issue?
