We’re currently evaluating Zoho CRM, and while the feature list is massive, I’m trying to separate the nice-to-haves from the daily workhorses.

If you use it regularly, what is one specific workflow, custom automation, or integration that has legitimately cut down admin work or simplified your team's day-to-day?

Would love to hear what’s delivering actual value in real-world use vs. what just sounds good on paper.

My family is currently dealing with fragmented medical records across three different patient portals, physical binder printouts, and lost PDFs. Keeping track of lab trends, vaccine records, and history for everyone is becoming a full-time job.

For those managing records for kids or aging parents, what is your current system? Are you using specific apps, custom spreadsheets, or just raw Google Drive/iCloud folders? What is the single biggest headache with your current setup?

I’m looking for a good mobile app to scan documents, convert them into PDFs, and extract text from images or scanned pages.
