Can anyone join the ARORA classes? I’m specifically looking at the ARORA Barre class since I have never taken an actual Barre class, and the TikToks I have seen look intense. The class does say go choice for newcomers and those with limited mobility.
Does anyone experience Paratransit drivers repeatedly ignoring their navigation devices when it comes to them taking the tollways. I notice this more on the white vans starting with the letter Y. They always use their phone and take the service roads. It’s really annoying because it causes people to miss appointments.
I filed a complaint about a driver than got him again a month later and he was still doing the same thing. Nothing happened. Who is contracting the Y letter Paratransit vans?
That company is awful! They also always barely speak English.
I like the Transdev employees (T Vans and Buses). They are always so professional with my students/clients.
For those who shower at the gym, what are you bringing with you? Also, how are you taking care of your wet shower sandals? Do you bring a separate bag? Any shower bag recommendations, preferably machine washable?
Does anyone regularly attend the Las Colinas location?
I'm curious why many of the cycle classes there seem to be programmed more like AMP classes, even when they're listed as EDG. I don't really need the dance moves lol —I prefer the traditional EDG format.
I recently took an EDG Sculpt class, and we barely used the resistance lever (maybe once or twice the entire class). The instructor was very nice, but the class felt quite different from what I'm used to. She didn't even have the screens displaying watts and zones, which made it harder to follow performance metrics. And basically complained how can anyone do 50 minute spin classes 😂
I normally take classes at the Flower Mound location but recently moved. In my experience, Flower Mound does an excellent job with EDG and PWR programming, so I was a little surprised by the difference of Las Colinas.
Just wondering if this is typical for Las Colinas or did I happen to catch them on an off day?

What sizes are your signature classes? The normal gym I go to caps classes at 20 (GTX) but this new gym nearby has 36 spots!
I thought signature classes were suppose to have less people? I was shocked lol
