I recently started looking for a new role and it’s been some time since I used LinkedIn more than Instagram and I found something weird

Lot of posts in my feed is from people with profile “Self employed, contact for collaborations, AI creator……..” when you look little below you see mostly they are still in college.

Till here I don’t have any issue.

Now, they will post multiple times a day and in each post they will mention one company, one job role with some AI generated content and in the end follow me for more such job opportunities.

There is no effort and value of this creation. They are just adding more noise and confusion to process where both sides (recruiter and candidate) are already confused.

Now the funny part, in every such post a number of similar individuals keep commenting“what a great share”, cfbr, insightful…..

Are people really making money doing these stupid things ? Am I only one irritated with these folks ?

I have an interview scheduled. It’s an LLD round with ai assistant available. I have no clue on how it’s going to be.

1. Anyone who had given or taken such interview please do share ?

2. what’s the expectation here. How much capable AI is going to be. How do I know what it can do and can’t

I had conversation with HR regarding severance being too low and me losing my RSU. No fruitful result but she kept insisting that I sign the docs by today eod. It’s not like there is anything we can do other than signing by the given date
