How to build ring and pinky finger strength

I have been playing for 6/7 months now. But still both of these fingers lack strength, ring finger doesnt land on the desired fret and sometimes it feels like i dont have ring finger

Please help me 🙏🙏

Need help regarding the motherboard

Hi, i have MBP M4 version. I am unable to update my OS no matter how many times i try. I researched and learnt that its motherboard issue and only a replacement can help it. I also have apple care+ for 3 years (2 years left). Can i get it replaced under apple care+ or will i have to pay the full motherboard replacement cost. Thanks!
