My store getting targeted by elaborate scams

So today I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with who I realized were scammers. Said they were with the help desk trying to coordinate a fedex delivery of state and health licenses and that our gm never signed the check and once I realized they would want payment I realized what it was. Actually at my store a year ago one of our shift leads sent 200 dollars in a bitcoin atm to these scammers that knew our gm and area manager were at a meeting and that they needed money from our store cash. Just think its wild they know the GM's name and to someone who didnt know better would have fallen for it. So just a heads up to other stores these scams are complicated and halfway believable. I did happily spend 5 or so minutes messing with them until my screen started popping off lol. Have a great day!

Oh the lovely days awaiting an incoming ROIP

Well, im fairly new to papa johns but got hired on and was quickly moved up to shift lead my second week on the job. Have lots of restaurant experience and experience closing kitchens as they hired me to be there new closer. Anyways been training alongside my gm, and working his ungodly amount of hours (good for me, not so much him as he is salary and such), but Anyways our area manager let us know we have a roip either tomorrow or the next day. Really seeking out advice or a basic checklist of must have done things going into an roip other then the basic everything up to date and deep cleaning. We are going in a few hours early tomorrow morning about 730 to get a Jumpstart on this, spent today getting everything up to date and cleaning out the bottom of our coolers and are walkin and such. Any advice would be appreciated 🫡 much love papa family and wish us luck
