Does school orientation here normally cost money?
My little sister is going into her freshman year at BHSN. Our parents were looking to sign her up for Cougar Kickoff but it has a registration fee of $20.00? I’ve moved a lot and this is my first time seeing high-school orientation cost money I semi-understand college but high-school? She told me she doesn’t want to go to orientation because she feels she’d eventually figure out the building but I feel like she should go because I don’t want her to be lost on the first day, though I feel making people pay for basic info for their school is kinda crazy. Does BHSS also ask for money? What is some advice or thoughts ya’ll might give?
