Confused by character stats

I’ve been creating a frost build, and have therefore of course picked paragon boards and glyphs that boost cold and frost damage and damage vs crowd controlled targets.

I’ve just been reviewing my character stats after getting my glyphs to 65, and I am utterly confused.

Apparently my damage with frost is 200%, while my damage with fire is 481.3% and lightning is 713.9% (237% of each of the latter from paragon, apparently). Cold is listed separately as 1933.9%, though that seems a lot considering I only have two royal sapphires, and low cold rolls on 2 items.

Meanwhile it says my damage vs crowd controlled is 185.7% and my damage vs chilled is 152.2%. This is confusing because the tooltip for crowd controlled says it includes chilled, so why it’s separate I don’t know, and then the numbers don’t seem right, considering my glyphs are giving +110.2% to chilled enemies, +93% to crowd controlled, x10.2% to crowd controlled, another x10.2% to crowd controlled, and as I’ve been experimenting I currently have a GA giving another +60% to crowd controlled on an item.

Basically, the character stat sheet is pretty meaningless. Like, I knew it wasn’t a reliable indicator, but these numbers don’t even remotely make sense to me…

Raiment of the infinite + tp enchantment

I’ve been playing about with a home brew ice shards sorcerer, and I’m considering swapping out my weapon for orsivane, however I’m wondering if that will mean I lose the bonus damage reduction from raiment of the infinite.

Does the evade = teleport enchantment proc raiment of the infinite’s damage reduction?

On a side note, im also wondering if enchantments benefit from side and end node upgrades to skills?

Elemental and all damage bucket(s)

After many hours of farming escalations and seers reach, I’ve finally got my first flawless horadric gem: a diamond.

If my understanding is right, all damage is lumped additively with elemental damage, and so I can replace one of my horadric elemental damage gems with my flawless horadric all damage gem, and that will result in almost equal damage increase.

Is that assumption/understanding correct?

PSA: the Artificer’s Stash appears to be fixed

The last patch notes said they fixed a bug where running lower levels of the tower didnt count towards stash completion; however, until now that didnt appear to be true.

Because of how I’d unlocked it (a 100 gave me 10/40 towards tier 1), I previously needed to run a 130 to be able to unlock tier 1 rewards.

I ran a 125 of the tower last week and it went to 35/40. Saw the tower was locked again the past few days, and when it has become available again, I’ve ran a 130 and it has unlocked the rewards for all tiers of the stash.

Hopefully, that means the multitude of other people for whom it wasn’t working should now be able to run the tower and unlock the rewards too 🤞🏻
