Hello

I had bimaxillary surgery 1 month and 1 week ago to correct facial asymmetry, canting, and a midline deviation. At the moment, my dental midline is almost well aligned, but it does not correspond to the facial midline, and I am also experiencing a crossbite that I did not have before.

Is this normal at this stage, or should I be concerned? My surgeon says everything is fine and that it will be corrected with orthodontics, but I am starting to have doubts.
