Best websites to recruit people that live breathe door to door?

I've recently started a great opportunity installing internet services. The pay structure is quite good, with $225 for each installation and $75 for every line and TV connected. I'm finding it a bit challenging to manage my recruiting through different job site platforms like indeed, though. I'm looking for some advice on what job boards are the most efficient for finding people comfortable knocking. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Tldr is indeed or ziprecruiter good for recruiting door to door peeps in Orlando, Miami Florida? Or is there some secret job board I should try?

The stupidest icebreaker I use when door knocking at dinner time… and it works better than any script

We all know how awkward it gets walking up to someone’s door and going straight into the pitch. I’m not sure if some of you still do that, but it rarely goes well for me.

What I’ve found actually works is breaking the ice with something completely stupid.

For example, if I’m approaching a door around 6:00 at night, I’ll say something obvious, dumb, and a little considerate like:

“Hey, I heard your neighbor said you’re having a cookout… hopefully I made it in time for dinner!”

Or something equally stupid.

Usually helps get their guard down. They laugh (or at least smile), and suddenly the conversation feels normal instead of salesy.

Funny enough, once the tension is gone they often start asking me questions first about what I’m doing out here. The reactions when they find out what I’m actually offering are half the fun.

Anyone else have tactics like this? The dumber the better plz drop your best ones below. Always looking for new material. HAPPY MONDAY!

Any ideas/recommendations for finding a trustworthy remote sales manager?

I'm not asking anyone here to join; I'm just seeing if this is a fair offer and what platforms people hire on. Indeed or FB or other?

Running a fiber sales operation

Has anyone had luck finding good sales management talent remotely? Curious what platforms or communities actually work, or if you've hired someone you'd recommend.

Appreciate any thoughts.

They would get an override for every sale their agent makes and pay is $200 per gig, 75 phone 75 tv

$25 per sale their team member makes. Is a fair offer not much more I can offer. They don't need to do payroll just manage their guys.

Or should I pitch this to teams?
