i was using ProtonVPN in Chrome (official protonvpn!). i connected to the Netherlands, and Malwarebytes displayed a message saying that outgoing connections had been blocked (3 times). I removed the extension, uninstalled Chrome using Revo Uninstaller, and reinstalled it. Has any of my data been hacked; like saved passwords in browser, files from PC, etc, etc?

I checked the IP address and it belongs to WorldStream B.V.

i was boring so i downloading sh!ts from this happy smile icon, etc. on old phone (without any personal info, 100% phone clear!!!) and i got this, somebody know wut is this and what do exactly, etc? thanks :3
