I need help with Crocheting Dragon in larger size!

I want to use this pattern in the size of the dragon in the next picture but how? I would appreciate the help so much!

German citizen with Middle eastern highschool diploma!

As the title says, I am a German citizen with a highschool “Abitur” that is not from Germany and now I want to study Medicine in Germany..I was wondering if anyone else has this case? And what difference will this make?
