To make a long story short, if any of you or someone you know has been affected by a rate hike at the Fitness Club located at 2144 Industrial Parkway, I strongly suggest contacting Montgomery County’s Consumer Protection Bureau.

After reviewing my contract, I read that monthly membership fees will not be increased as a result of paying the Annual Rate Guarantee Fee. Monthly dues were increased in November 2025, and after bringing this up with Sandra Gonzalez (the owner), she got extremely aggressive and confrontational, proceeding to cancel my membership.

I know this post might come across as petty (and tbh it is lol), but I want to spread the word and maybe help some of my neighbors get their hard-earned money back.
