She was screaming for treats

I inherited this jade plant from my aunt and I am trying to encourage her to grow properly. This branch is growing straight down and I'm not sure where to trim it. Any advice is appreciated!

I recently inherited two jade plants, this being one of them. I live in 8a zone and have two small grow lights. She tips to one side, so I keep her pokadot pot in another pot to stabilize her. She obviously needs a trim, but I'm not sure about changing to a bigger pot. I'd love any advice in how to chop/trim her or if I should repot and balance her out. I appreciate any help! I just want this lil lady to thrive!
